America SCORES Seattle
Since 2007 I've been a board member for America SCORES Seattle. We currently serve nearly 200 children in six high-need Seattle public elementary schools, offering comprehensive after-school programs in creative writing, team soccer and community service learning. Through this, our kids learn core values: commitment, leadership, sportsmanship & teamwork. They develop self-identity and confidence, along with social awareness needed to work cooperatively in teams and truly empathize with the needs of others.
